It’s been a bit of time – my husband’s surgery took more out of us than we anticipated and, of course, other life happenings popped up. So it’s been a bit of a start and stop for me the last four months. I’m hoping we’re through the thick of everything and this can be my new normal, which is, of course, my old normal: work the corporate job for as long as I can stand it each day and then come to the café and write erotica that turns us all on.
I’m sitting in the café as I type up this impromptu blog post. I have Scrivener up with the latest Valentine Fox erotic short blinking at me. I’ll get to it in a minute, but I wanted to at least get this out to those of you who do read it as a way of explaining where I’ve been. It’s nice to know that in the short time I’ve been writing that people actually read and enjoy what I write and then… tell me.
The newest erotic short is called “Backseat Bribery” and my intended release date is 09/15. That’s a little less than a month from now… so you can bet your honeyed asses it’s almost completely written! But it’ll still need the editorial eye and a cover… but I hope you’re ready, Purrlings, because I’m coming.
